Exercise Right Week

This event aims to motivate more Australians to get fit by teaching them about the benefits of exercise and how they can create their own regimes and exercise plans.
WMF aims to highlight the benefits of exercise for health and well-being, and to help women understand where to get the “right” advice for their individual needs.
The common exercise we can all take part in include:
- Walking: Any exercise program should include cardiovascular exercise, which strengthens the heart and burns calories.
- Interval training
- Squats
- Lunges
- Push-ups
- Abdominal Crunches
- Bent-over Row and what else could you do
