Women’s Mentoring Foundation proudly presents a year-long series of monthly online workshops. Each session is a unique opportunity to explore various aspects of mental, emotional, and social wellbeing. From managing stress and building better relationships to embracing mindfulness and understanding mental health stigma, these workshops are designed to inspire, educate, and empower.
