Our Women’s Health Week (Mental Health Event) Was A Success!
The Women’s Mentoring Foundation (WMF) wants to thank you for attending our Mental, Emotional & Social Well being Event held in collaboration with Jean Hailes. This event was created with you in mind. Improving your well-being and the quality of your life. Moreover we hope you will share that added value with those you love. It’s been a year of ups and downs, but we were thrilled to see so many of you making your health a priority during Women’s Health Week. The Social and Emotional awareness event was a huge success, as we delivered our workshop on a National and International scale.
We couldn’t have reached so many women and girls with our important health messages without your support. Plus the support of our many amazing partners and the WMF Team. Thank you!
We hope Women’s Health Week has helped you to feel healthier and better informed about your health – not just for now, but for the weeks, months, and years to come.
So please stay in touch.

Do you feel like your tank is running on empty day in and day out, yet no one seems to take it seriously? You’re constantly tired, anxious, or stressed, sore all over… everyday just feels like a struggle. You have visited your GP and you’re told there is nothing wrong. Or maybe you’ve even been told that you’re imagining it! So you take matters into your own hands and start researching for yourself. You’ve tried numerous different therapies, but nothing seems to make you feel any better. You ask for help from family or friends, which has led to several different irritating or unhelpful lines like “Just stress less” or “You just need a good rest and you’ll be OK”. You appreciate their efforts, but no one seems to understand that there is more to this than just lack of rest!
What’s Next?
I can only imagine the feeling of frustration, loneliness or hopelessness that comes with any one of these scenarios. For years, this is how thousands of Australian women suffering from burnout have been treated. Brushed off and unheard. Even by the community they rely on to help them out of it. Well, we’ve got some great news for you!
We are going to dedicate our next one-off workshop to this alone. The team at WMF have all, at one time or another, travelled the same journey as you, namely:
1. Feelings of depleted energy and exhaustion.
2. Increased mental distancing from work, and negative feelings or cynicism towards work.
3. Reduced professional efficacy.
We’ve seen how having a supportive group can make a big difference to your recovery. WMF has a team of knowledgeable and compassionate health professionals, and supporting women in burnout is our specialty. We love to see women step out of suffering and start thriving! And we want that for you too!
If you’re ready to overcome burnout and need a passionate and knowledgeable team behind you, book a call with Pushpa today on 0497 998 829 to see if we are a good fit.
You can also register for the next workshop by visiting our events at www.womensmentoringfoundation.com/events.
Here’s to your healing. It’s enough now and no more!
