Introducing the “Boldly Mindful” Podcast (WMF)

WMF has launched the Boldly Mindful Podcast, a better mental health podcast encouraging women and young people to address multiple aspects of their overall health.

We will be delving deeply into the subject of mental health for women and young people in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities (CALD). Some of the topics we will be covering will include:

    • recovering from traumatic experiences
    • healing
    • becoming strongly inspired to grow in confidence, focus and self-leadership
    • building healthy relationships with yourselves and others

 

The first episode of the podcast went live on 5/2/2023. Since then we have added a number of podcast episodes dealing with mental health issues and self-development topics for women in CALD communities. So please check it out!
